Muslims are required to fast every day from dawn to sunset throughout the month of Ramadan (or from dawn to night according to some scholars). Fasting entails a complete lack of food and drink. In the second year after the Muslims moved from Makkah to Madnah, fasting throughout the month of Ramadn was declared mandatory (wjib) during the month of Sha'bn.
Dua For Suhoor
وَبِصَوْمِ غَدٍ نَّوَيْتُ مِنْ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ.

English Translation: I intend to fast tomorrow in this month of Ramadan
Can we go to sleep after Sehri?
Going to bed right after eating may lead to a variety of health problems, including heartburn, acid reflux, and, of course, weight gain. Because it is so frequent during sehri, this is particularly probable. Allow your body to do its job by staying up late, talking to friends, or reading the Quran.
Is it necessary for me to wake up for Sehri?
There is no indication in the Sunnah or the Qur'an that if one does not wake up for sehri, they are not required to fast that day. It is not an acceptable cause to be exempted from fasting if a Muslim does not eat suhoor. You can fast without suhoor if you dont awake.

What is the best way to begin iftar?
Iftar starts with dates or water, but this is merely the beginning of a sumptuous dinner. Iftar spreads may be elaborate, featuring vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods as well as a range of juices and sherbets.
