Duas For Breaking Fast In Ramadan

duas for breaking fast

Muslims are required to fast every day from dawn to sunset throughout the month of Ramadan (or from dawn to night according to some scholars). Fasting entails a complete lack of food and drink. In the second year after the Muslims moved from Makkah to Madnah, fasting throughout the month of Ramadn was declared mandatory (wjib) during the month of Sha'bn.

Dua For Suhoor

وَبِصَوْمِ غَدٍ نَّوَيْتُ مِنْ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ.

Can we go to sleep after Sehri?

Going to bed right after eating may lead to a variety of health problems, including heartburn, acid reflux, and, of course, weight gain. Because it is so frequent during sehri, this is particularly probable. Allow your body to do its job by staying up late, talking to friends, or reading the Quran.

Is it necessary for me to wake up for Sehri?

There is no indication in the Sunnah or the Qur'an that if one does not wake up for sehri, they are not required to fast that day. It is not an acceptable cause to be exempted from fasting if a Muslim does not eat suhoor. You can fast without suhoor if you dont awake.

اللَّهُمَّ اِنِّى لَكَ صُمْتُ وَبِكَ امنْتُ وَعَليْكَ تَوَكّلتُ وَ عَلى رِزْقِكَ اَفْطَرْتُ

Translation: Allahumma inni laka sumtu, wa bika aamantu, [wa ‘alayka tawakkaltu], wa Ala rizqika aftartu.
English Translation: Oh Allah! I fasted for You and I believe in You [and I put my trust in You] and I break my fast with Your sustenance.

What is the best way to begin iftar?

Iftar starts with dates or water, but this is merely the beginning of a sumptuous dinner. Iftar spreads may be elaborate, featuring vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods as well as a range of juices and sherbets.

Some Important Duas For Everyday Use

Dua is an important aspect of Islam that entails staying in touch with your creator at all times, remaining humble and appreciative to Allah even in good times and being patient and asking Allah for aid in bad times. Prayer is a more elevated form of worship that brings the supplicant closer to Allah Almighty. Making supplication does not require a set time, place, or situation because Allah knows what is in your heart. Allah has written everything in Taqdeer, and only dua can change your fate. When you call Lord by heart, God will resolve your problems in Shaa.
